Serendipity Co. Ltd. manages a Fairtrade and Organic commercial palm oil initiative in collaboration with smallholder farmers and a community-based oil mill rooted in traditional practices. The project supplies multiple brands across Europe and the United States, holding organic and Fairtrade certifications while fostering rural development in the Eastern Region. Expanding its portfolio, Serendipity is venturing into cocoa and other organic and fair-trade products, including value-added processing solutions.
Driven by strong values, Serendipalm employs a dedicated team of 20+ professionals who oversee a workforce of 300+ local employees, many of whom are unskilled laborers. Additionally, a team from Dr. Bonner’s—Serendipity’s sister company—provides essential support in areas such as accounting and advisory services.
