We seek a highly proactive and meticulous HR Assistant to strengthen our team.

Oversee critical tasks including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward goals, providing data-driven insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams through clear delegation, fostering collaboration and professional growth while holding individuals accountable for performance outcomes.
