The initiative, which holds organic and Fair Trade certifications, distributes its products to multiple brands across Europe and the United States while fostering sustainable rural development in the Eastern Region.

A highly organized and proactive HR Assistant is needed to support our HR department effectively.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement across all functional areas. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve key performance indicators and deliver measurable results. Monitor industry trends, assess competitive landscapes, and recommend innovative solutions to sustain growth and competitive advantage. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards while mitigating risks and optimizing resource allocation. Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, including executives, partners, and clients, to facilitate transparent communication and alignment of expectations.

Provide support in executing recruitment initiatives and facilitating new employee onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including tracking personnel data, performance evaluations, and benefits information.

Provide assistance with payroll and attendance management operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Provide administrative support for leave management processes and address staff welfare concerns as needed.
