The project delivers sustainably sourced palm oil to multiple brands across Europe and the United States, holding organic and fair trade certifications while fostering rural development in the Eastern Region.

We are actively seeking a highly organized and meticulous HR Assistant to become part of our team.

Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of critical duties encompassing project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational oversight to ensure seamless workflow alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and accountability while fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional teams by delegating responsibilities, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Ensure adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout all operational processes. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication, streamline processes, and resolve interdepartmental challenges.

Facilitate recruitment initiatives and streamline onboarding procedures to ensure seamless integration of new personnel.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Provide support for payroll and attendance management processes.

• Provide support for leave management processes and employee well-being initiatives.

Compile comprehensive HR reports and draft professional correspondence to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation within the department.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential to convey complex information clearly. The ideal candidate should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision are highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is beneficial.

A bachelor’s or diploma in Human Resource Management or a closely aligned discipline is required.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to convey ideas clearly and maintain structured workflows efficiently.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of their functionalities.

Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is highly beneficial.
