Additionally, the project fosters sustainable rural development within the Eastern Region.

A highly motivated and meticulous HR Assistant is sought to enhance our team with their proactive approach and keen attention to detail.

Oversee and execute critical tasks including administrative coordination, project management support, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth operational workflows. Develop and maintain documentation, track progress against milestones, and prepare detailed reports as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, troubleshoot challenges, and implement process improvements. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate information exchange and resolve interdepartmental issues. Monitor deadlines, allocate resources efficiently, and prioritize assignments to meet organizational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is mandatory, along with experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are critical. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are also required. Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is preferred.

Holds a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, alongside a high degree of organizational capability, to effectively manage tasks and team dynamics.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications to a high standard.

Maintains the utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential data.
