• Working Conditions

This role is situated within a private home in Accra, Ghana, where the position involves collaborating with a two-person culinary team under a structured shift arrangement, including Sundays. The schedule, which includes rest days, will be allocated equitably and communicated beforehand. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special functions, events, or when the household accommodates guests.

A competitive monthly compensation package of GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with remuneration tailored to the candidate’s qualifications and relevant professional experience.

A thirteenth-month salary will be provided upon the satisfactory completion of one full year of employment.

Employees receive 15 paid working days of annual leave each year, totaling three weeks.
