• Working Conditions
This position is situated within a private home in Accra, Ghana, and requires collaboration within a two-chef team under a defined shift structure that includes Sundays. Schedules and days off will be allocated fairly and communicated ahead of time, though adaptability is essential for special occasions, events, or when the household entertains guests.
A monthly compensation ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with the final amount determined by the applicant’s qualifications and professional background.
A thirteenth-month salary is provided, disbursed after completing one full year of employment while meeting satisfactory performance standards.
You will receive a total of three weeks, or fifteen working days, of paid annual leave annually.
