Job Summary
The Draftsman develops precise technical drawings, plans, and designs by interpreting specifications from architects, engineers, or project managers. This position utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate drawings for construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects, ensuring strict adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
Oversee and execute a wide range of duties to ensure operational efficiency, including managing day-to-day activities, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of performance. Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and provide timely feedback to drive continuous improvement. Develop comprehensive technical drawings, layouts, and plans utilizing CAD software to ensure precision and clarity in design documentation.
