Duty stations for this position include both the Kong and Exist locations, where the selected candidate will be expected to operate effectively.

Conduct between 15 and 20 household surveys daily, systematically gathering data and insights from participants to ensure comprehensive and accurate information collection.

Prospect for potential clients by analyzing survey data to identify promising opportunities.

To establish clear boundaries for the designated work zones intended for the proposed teams.

Facilitate focused conversations with selected participants in small-group settings to gather insights and address specific topics.

A group of five individuals will be assembled to work collaboratively.

A designated group leader will be appointed for each small group to facilitate coordination and ensure effective communication among members.

Formulate and lead a high-functioning governance committee consisting of key stakeholders to establish strategic direction, ensure accountability, and oversee organizational initiatives.

Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for large group participants to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.

Gather membership fees from individuals according to the guidelines outlined in the BRAD Ghana circular.

Transfer patient admission details into the mobile device or tablet and synchronize the information as frequently as possible to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Schedule meetings, coordinating dates, times, and locations to ensure alignment with participants’ availability and organizational needs.

A group must be formed consisting of at least 15 members for Microfinance (MF) and 10 members for Agra-Finance, with an upper limit of 30 members for MF and 20 members for Agra-Finance.

New members will be enrolled whenever a group’s size diminishes below the required threshold because of attrition or other circumstances.

Conduct a total of two to three group meetings daily.

A structured schedule has been established for meetings, with the first session commencing at 8:30 AM, followed by a second meeting at 9:30 AM, and a third at 10:30 AM. Adjustments to this timetable may be made in accordance with office hours or operational needs.

Arrive at the designated meeting location fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Arrange group members into a U-shape configuration, ensuring each small group is positioned accordingly.

Maintain accurate attendance records by documenting student presence in the official register at the beginning of each session.

We welcome inquiries regarding common concerns about loans and related topics to ensure clarity and understanding for all parties involved.

• Obtain weekly installment payments from small group leaders via the designated small group cashiers, ensuring signatures are recorded on mobile devices.

After concluding the group meetings, you are expected to return to the office by 1:30 PM.

Collected cash from group meetings conducted near a branch must be deposited at the branch office prior to attending any subsequent group meetings to minimize the risk of theft.

Staff members are expected to adhere strictly to established safety and security protocols when handling and transporting monetary funds to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Ensure that members’ loan proposals are reviewed and deliberated upon during group meetings.

Review and consider loan applications as presented by prospective borrowers, ensuring decisions are made through collective discussion and consensus among all attending group members.

The credit officer is responsible for accurately inputting all pertinent loan information—including loan applications and guarantor details extracted from DP Notes—into the digital system.

After confirming the accuracy of loan applications, establish the disbursement date and promptly notify the relevant members of the finalized timeline.

You must be physically present on the disbursement day to actively engage in the disbursement procedures.

The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must achieve full recovery of all loan installments.

Cash receipts must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant, who will then record the deposited amount in the Daily Cash Report (DCR), ensuring proper documentation and authentication through a signature.

In the event that a missed installment arises during the morning group meeting, promptly arrange for post-meeting collection by conducting in-person visits to the residences of borrowers or small group leaders.

In the afternoon, proceed with gathering overdue and non-interest-bearing late installments, alongside current overdue collections.

• Initiate the recovery of loans for written-off client’s, should they wish to come back to BRAC as clients

You are expected to attend the weekly staff meetings consistently.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
