Conduct a minimum of 15 to 20 household surveys daily, ensuring comprehensive data collection through structured interactions with residents.

Prospect for new clients by analyzing survey data to uncover promising leads.

• Establish and clearly delineate the boundaries of the designated working area for each proposed group.

• Engage with the designated target participants in focused, small-group settings.

A team of five members will be assembled to collaborate on assigned tasks.

A designated leader will be chosen for each small group to facilitate coordination and ensure effective collaboration.

A substantial group management committee must be established, comprising key stakeholders and decision-makers to oversee strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive operations across all divisions.

Provide a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for members of large-scale groups.

• Members’ admission fees are collected in accordance with the BRAD Ghana circular.

Enter group members’ admission details into the mobile device or tablet and synchronize the data whenever feasible.

Responsibilities include coordinating meeting schedules by determining optimal dates, times, and locations to ensure attendance and efficiency.

Assemble a team comprising between 15 and 30 members for the Microfinance (MF) division, and between 10 and 20 members for the Agriculture Finance (Agra-Finance) division.

We welcome and enroll new participants when group sizes decline due to attrition or other circumstances.

Convene between two and three group sessions daily, ensuring comprehensive engagement and productive discussions throughout each interaction.

The schedule for meetings is set as follows: the first meeting at 8:30 AM, the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM, though adjustments may be made to accommodate office hours.

Arrive at the designated meeting location no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

• Organize the participants into a U-shaped seating arrangement based on their respective small groups.

Responsibilities include accurately recording student attendance in the designated register, ensuring all entries are complete, legible, and submitted promptly in accordance with school policies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to verify each student’s presence or absence and promptly notify relevant staff of any discrepancies or attendance concerns.

Facilitate comprehensive conversations regarding loan-related matters as well as address any additional inquiries or concerns that may arise.

Each week, obtain installment deposits from small group leaders via the designated cashiers for their respective groups, ensuring that signatures are captured on mobile devices for verification.

After concluding the group meetings by 1.30pm, employees are expected to return to the office.

Collected cash from group meetings held in proximity to a branch must be deposited there immediately prior to attending any subsequent meetings to mitigate the risk of theft.

Professionals must adhere to established safety and security protocols when handling cash transportation duties.

Conduct thorough reviews of members’ loan proposals during scheduled group meetings to ensure comprehensive evaluation and discussion.

Loan proposals are reviewed and accepted through verbal votes conducted in the presence of all group members.

The credit officer is responsible for accurately inputting all loan-related information into the digital system, including loan applications and guarantor details as documented in DP Notes.

After confirming the details of loan applications, establish a disbursement date and promptly notify the relevant members.

Attend the disbursement day in person to actively engage in the disbursement process.

The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must ensure complete recovery of all loan installments.

Cash receipts must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant, who will then record the deposited amount in the Daily Collection Report (DCR) and provide a signature as confirmation.

In the event an installment payment is not made during the morning group meeting, ensure prompt collection by conducting home visits to borrowers or small group leaders in the afternoon.

In the afternoon, commence the process of collecting any outstanding late or NBL installments, as well as current overdue payments.

Experienced Recovery Specialists will evaluate and pursue the re-establishment of loans for clients whose accounts were previously written off, provided they express interest in resuming their relationship with BRAD.

Attend the weekly staff meetings consistently and punctually.

Compile regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accurate and timely documentation of data and insights.

Adhere to all established policies and procedures outlined by BRAD Human Resources in the execution of your duties.

Demonstrate the ability to promptly and effectively address any additional assignments delegated by senior leadership as needed.

Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct while ensuring all interactions with clients reflect a high standard of respect and professionalism.

Dedicate efforts to delivering exceptional service quality to clients both in the field and at the branch.

Demonstrate attentive listening to clients’ complaints, concerns, or opinions, and respond with suitable actions as needed.

To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the organization, implement and enforce the safeguarding policy effectively.

Serve as a primary resource for advice, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding measures to foster and maintain a secure workplace.

Ensure all team members receive proper training, support, and access to necessary resources regarding identified issues, which must be addressed in line with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
