• Facilitate wallet activation and ensure customers complete their initial transactions.
Provide assistance during onboarding initiatives across various locations, including markets, university campuses, transportation hubs, and community gatherings.
Proactively engage with and integrate independent merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises into the platform.
Facilitate merchants’ comprehension of the product’s features and advantages to maximize their engagement and satisfaction.

Plan and implement field marketing and promotional initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all onboarding processes and activities for comprehensive record-keeping.
