Job Summary

• Uncover and Cultivate New Business Ventures: Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients, then design and execute tailored strategies for outreach and engagement. Craft and present persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, while skillfully negotiating terms to finalize mutually beneficial agreements.

Demonstrate expertise in cultivating and nurturing robust connections with both current and potential clients, consistently delivering exceptional service to drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Conducting thorough market research is essential to identify emerging trends, assess customer requirements, and evaluate the competitive environment, thereby guiding strategic business development initiatives.

Identify and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with a variety of entities, including clients’ initiatives, professional associations, academic institutions, pertinent government ministries, foreign embassies, and non-governmental organizations.

• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Ensure meticulous documentation of sales activities, pipeline status, and projections, delivering timely updates to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement: You will remain abreast of evolving industry trends, proven methodologies, and emerging technologies to consistently elevate the company’s product and service offerings while strengthening its competitive position.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in project management software, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and strong analytical skills.
