JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to act as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services that support clients’ business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to enhance talent management, address employee relations challenges, and implement operational improvements.

Oversee a range of critical tasks, including but not limited to strategic planning, project execution, and operational oversight, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across departments. Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic initiatives. Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and expenditures to maintain financial accountability and optimize physical performance. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to facilitate transparent communication, alignment, and accountability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold corporate integrity. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities to foster a high-performing culture.

• Position situated in Medina

Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, fostering and sustaining robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within those organizations.

Provide expert guidance to clients on human resources policies, ensure adherence to employment legislation, and recommend optimal practices aimed at reducing risk and boosting workforce efficiency.

Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation and delivery of HR documents, including employment contracts, contract renewals, correspondence letters, and internal memos.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, employee files, and HR-related documents.

Responsibilities include supervising all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administering new hire orientation sessions, and facilitating the exit process.

Address inquiries from staff regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other HR-related matters.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by gathering and validating the necessary information for payroll processing.

• Respond to employee enquiries on complaint about attendance, salary and other employee benefit payments.

• Support the accurate maintenance of 100% compliance in Ghana Card and SSN IT data for all employees.

Collaborate with various internal departments—such as recruitment, finance, IT, and training—to develop and implement comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client requirements.

Ensure all employment documents for client employees are scanned and submitted promptly on a monthly basis.

To ensure continued professional growth and organizational advancement, you will actively monitor industry trends and advancements in HR technologies, fostering innovation and implementing best practices.

Maintain accountability by delivering weekly reports promptly and providing comprehensive monthly reports to management as scheduled.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team. Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in project management or leadership is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in Human Resource Management or an equivalent capacity is required.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrates a practical understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.

Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all exchanges.

Demonstrates exceptional precision and analytical capabilities, with a keen ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of HR procedures and records management.

Maintains a high standard of professionalism and exercises strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
