Job Summary

Support the Accounts and Audit Compliance team by maintaining precise financial and employee documentation, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements in a timely manner, and facilitating seamless preparation for both internal and external audits across all client organizations. The position centers on managing documentation, conducting reconciliations, providing tax and regulatory compliance assistance, and coordinating audit activities.

Prepare comprehensive reports outlining any discrepancies, inaccuracies, or instances of non-compliance detected.

• Maintain organized physical and electronic files for accounts and compliance records.

Ensure documents are consistently prepared in a manner that facilitates seamless audits and allows for quick, effortless retrieval when required.

Oversee and manage compliance trackers while ensuring audit working papers are meticulously prepared and up to date.
