Job Summary

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional to act as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services aligned with each client’s business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to enhance talent management, address employee relations challenges, and implement operational improvements.

Oversee and execute critical operational tasks to ensure seamless business functionality, focusing on the efficient management of resources, processes, and team coordination. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing performance, enhancing productivity, and driving organizational growth. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies while upholding the highest ethical standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate talent, enhance skills, and promote professional development.

As the primary liaison for designated client accounts, you will cultivate and sustain robust connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the organization.

Provide clients with expert guidance on HR policies, adherence to employment legislation, and proven strategies to reduce risk and optimize workforce efficiency.

Ensure all HR documents, including employment contracts, contract renewals, correspondence, and internal memos, are issued promptly and accurately.

Maintain precise and current employee records, encompassing contracts, personnel files, and all HR-related documentation.

Oversee the engagement of all outsourced staff, ensuring seamless integration during the new hire orientation and facilitating a smooth exit process.

Address inquiries from staff concerning HR policies, leave entitlements, and other relevant HR-related matters.

• Ensure the accuracy of employee information by gathering and validating data required for payroll processing.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance issues, salary discrepancies, and other employee benefit payment concerns.

• Verify and maintain complete and accurate Ghana Card and SSN IT data for all employees, ensuring 100% compliance across records.

Collaborate closely with various internal departments—including recruitment, finance, IT, and training—to craft comprehensive HR strategies tailored to client requirements.

Ensure that all employment documents for client employees are scanned and submitted promptly each month.

To maintain a competitive edge, you will continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in HR technologies, leveraging these insights to implement innovative solutions and adopt best practices.

To uphold accountability, you will prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports as well as detailed monthly reports to management on schedule.

Proven expertise in [specific skills, e.g., project management, data analysis, or customer service], with the ability to apply technical knowledge effectively. Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey complex information clearly. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software, tools, or methodologies relevant to the role.
