Job Summary

We are in search of a proactive and meticulous professional to act as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services that support each client’s business objectives. The successful applicant will partner with clients and internal teams to enhance talent management, address employee relations challenges, and implement operational enhancements.

Oversee key operational functions and strategic initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and regulatory standards. Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws and implementing best practices to minimize risks and boost workforce productivity.

Ensure all HR documents, including employment contracts, renewals, correspondence, and internal memos, are issued promptly and accurately.

Ensure employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR-related documentation, are meticulously maintained and kept current.

Responsible for supervising all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administering the new hire orientation program, and facilitating the exit process.

Address staff inquiries regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other HR-related issues with professionalism and clarity.

Accurately gather and validate employee information to ensure seamless payroll execution.

Professionally address employee inquiries regarding attendance discrepancies, salary issues, and other employee benefit payment concerns.

• Ensure that 100% of staff data, including Ghana Card and SSN IT information, is accurately maintained and updated.

Collaborate effectively with various internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies tailored to client requirements.

Submit scanned employment documents of client employees promptly each month.

To maintain a competitive edge and foster advancement, you will continuously monitor industry developments and emerging HR technologies, ensuring the implementation of innovative practices and adherence to best-in-class standards.

To uphold accountability, compile and submit precise weekly reports, along with comprehensive monthly reports, to management in a timely manner.
