Job Summary

We are in search of a proactive and meticulous professional to act as the principal HR contact for individual client accounts, responsible for providing customized HR strategies and services that support client business objectives. The successful applicant will work closely with clients and internal teams to enhance talent management, address employee relations challenges, and implement operational enhancements.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement. Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and nurturing robust connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the organization.

• Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and recommend best practices aimed at reducing risk and boosting workforce efficiency.

Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation and distribution of essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract renewals, official correspondence, and internal memos.

Maintain precise, current employee records encompassing contracts, personnel files, and all HR-related documentation.

Responsibilities include directing all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administering new hire orientation programs, and overseeing the employee exit process.

Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other HR-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Gather and authenticate employee information to facilitate accurate payroll processing.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance-related issues, salary disbursements, and other employee benefit payments.

Ensure the complete and accurate recording of Ghana Card and SSN IT information for every staff member.

Collaborate across various internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to provide comprehensive HR services tailored to clients’ requirements.

Guarantee that all employment documents for client staff are scanned and submitted promptly on a monthly basis.

To maintain a competitive edge, remain abreast of industry developments and the latest advancements in HR technologies, enabling the implementation of innovative solutions and adherence to leading practices.

• Maintain accountability by delivering precise weekly reports as well as comprehensive monthly reports to management on schedule.

Required skills include proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and financial forecasting, supported by a strong understanding of accounting principles. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in using analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities are essential for working effectively within cross-functional teams and conveying complex insights to stakeholders. Prior experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance is highly preferred, as is familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry trends is also critical.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience with databases and cloud services. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required.
