JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan and execute captivating, Montessori-inspired lessons that foster an enriching learning environment for students.

Craft an educational setting that is both secure and conducive to growth, fostering curiosity and development in each learner.

• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development

Develop engaging educational resources and dynamic classroom exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.

• Maintain positive communication with parents and guardians

Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress systematically to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth, providing data-driven insights that inform instructional strategies and support individual development plans.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL, strong interpersonal skills for client interactions, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable discipline. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams are also essential.

A minimum of a Senior High School certificate is required, with preference given to candidates holding a diploma or degree in Education or a related field.

Montessori certification or relevant training is required for this position.

Preferred candidates will have prior teaching experience.

Proven ability to effectively manage classroom environments and convey information clearly to students.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering child development are essential.
