JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Primary Work Locations: Sweden and Aura Dunkwa

Facilitate bi-weekly gatherings with AIM savings groups to ensure consistent engagement and progress tracking.

Collect savings deposits from participants enrolled in AIM programs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all savings transactions in both passbooks and digital platforms or DFA systems.

Accurately document and update member savings records, attendance logs, and participation details to ensure comprehensive and reliable tracking.

The savings are deposited into the branch office in accordance with established organizational guidelines.

Ensure the secure handling and transportation of cash in strict adherence to established organizational policies and procedures, prioritizing safety and compliance at all times.

Develop meaningful connections with AIM participants and foster consistent savings behaviors.

Coordinate meeting schedules, attendance, and participant updates in collaboration with the AIM PA team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Facilitate the seamless transition and ongoing management of AIM groups within the savings operations framework.

Provide regular reports on savings performance and participant engagement to the Branch Manager to ensure transparency and alignment with goals.

Convene two to three group sessions daily to facilitate engagement and progress.

The meeting schedule includes three sessions: the first at 8:30 AM, the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM, with the option for adjustments contingent upon office hours.

Arrive at the designated meeting location at least fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the group meeting.

Facilitate Financial Literacy Training (FLT) sessions as needed.

Provide support for evaluating and enrolling individuals who meet the criteria for loan readiness.

The credit officer will record all loan-related information—including application details and guarantor data from DP Notes—into the digital system.

After confirming the details of the loan application, establish the disbursement date and promptly notify the member of the decision.

• Ensure in-person attendance on disbursement day to actively engage in the disbursement process.

• Credit officer must attend weekly/bi-weekly /monthly group meetings and should ensure 100% recovery of loan installments.

Collected funds are deposited into the Branch Accountant’s account, with the corresponding amount accurately recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR), and the entry is duly signed for verification.

In the event of a missed installment during the morning group meeting, arrange for the collection of the installment later in the day by visiting the borrower’s or small group leader’s residence.

• Conduct afternoon collections of late payments and NBL installments in addition to outstanding balances.

To facilitate the reinstatement of loans for clients who were previously written off, should they choose to return to BRAD as active customers.

Foster courteous and professional interactions with every participant at all times.

Demonstrate attentive listening skills to address participants’ complaints, concerns, and suggestions, responding with suitable measures as needed.

Adhere to BRAD Human Resources Policies and Procedures at all times to ensure compliance with established guidelines and organizational standards.

Maintain compliance with the established Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies of the organization.

Demonstrate the ability to undertake supplementary duties as directed by senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.

Cultivate and uphold a robust safeguarding ethos across all AIM groups.

To safeguard participants, prevent abuse, exploitation, harassment, and discrimination, stringent protective measures must be consistently implemented and enforced.

Report all safeguarding incidents in strict adherence to established organizational protocols and procedures.

Foster environments that ensure safe and inclusive engagement for adolescent girls and young women.
