• Working Conditions
This role is situated in a private home in Accra, Ghana, where the position involves collaborating within a two-chef team under a defined shift schedule that includes Sundays. The shifts and rest days will be allocated equitably and communicated in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special events, or when the household accommodates guests.
A competitive monthly remuneration ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with compensation determined by your qualifications and professional background.
A thirteenth-month salary will be provided upon the successful completion of one full year of employment, contingent upon satisfactory performance throughout that period.
You will receive three weeks, totaling 15 working days, of paid annual leave annually.
