• Working Conditions
This role is situated in a private home located in Accra, Ghana, where the position involves collaborating within a two-chef team under a structured shift system that includes Sundays. Scheduled shifts and designated rest days will be allocated fairly and communicated in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special events, or when the household accommodates guests.
We offer a monthly salary ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500, which will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and professional background.
A thirteenth-month salary is provided, to be disbursed following the satisfactory completion of one full year of employment.
• Each year, employees receive 15 working days of paid annual leave, equating to three weeks.
Accommodation is available either on-site or in proximity to the workplace.
Minor medical expenses arising during employment are covered under this provision.
Before commencing employment, the selected candidate must provide a valid police clearance certificate and complete a medical examination, with all related expenses fully covered by the employer.
