JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Site & Operations Manager to supervise construction and project activities across our Accra-based sites. This position demands a high level of engagement, exceptional leadership capabilities, strong organizational acumen, and the capacity to effectively manage competing priorities.
Oversee and execute core duties encompassing a wide range of operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop, implement, and monitor innovative processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across assigned projects or departments. Lead cross-functional teams by delegating responsibilities, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and risk management initiatives to optimize financial outcomes and operational resilience. Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all actions. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and cultivating long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.

The role demands proficiency in negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and streamlining procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, it requires expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and risk mitigation to optimize supply chain resilience and minimize disruptions. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with procurement software are essential for tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Supervise a cohesive team of professionals, ensuring each member understands their roles and responsibilities while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to enhance team performance and achieve collective goals. Monitor progress through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. We seek a proactive Client Liaison to serve as the primary communication channel between our organization and external stakeholders. This role involves managing inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, providing accurate product or service information, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in client management systems. A background in customer service or account management, coupled with strong organizational talents, is essential for success in this position.
• Operations & Reporting
Proficient candidates must demonstrate expertise in analytical problem-solving, possess strong verbal and written communication abilities, and exhibit advanced proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, budget management, and project coordination is essential. The ideal applicant should have a proven track record of meeting deadlines, collaborating effectively in team environments, and adapting to evolving priorities with agility.
Demonstrates a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in site management, construction leadership, or a closely aligned professional discipline.
Experienced professionals with a track record in construction or infrastructure projects within Ghana are encouraged to apply, with a particular preference for those well-versed in the Accra market.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in procurement methodologies, materials handling, and supplier relationship management.

A valid driver’s license is required, and the ability to travel between multiple sites in Accra is essential.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with project management software is a desirable qualification.
A relevant qualification such as a degree or Higher National Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field is advantageous.
