Job Summary
The Field Recruiter is tasked with identifying, evaluating, and engaging qualified candidates for diverse job opportunities by leveraging field-based initiatives, community involvement, and proactive outreach efforts. This position requires proactively identifying potential talent, conducting preliminary assessments, and facilitating an efficient recruitment pipeline to achieve established hiring objectives.
Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives forward. Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Serve as a key liaison between departments, aligning resources and priorities to meet performance targets. Monitor progress through established KPIs, providing data-driven insights to refine processes and improve outcomes. Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development among team members. Represent the organization in external engagements, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and upholding corporate reputation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications
A minimum of a Senior High School diploma, along with an Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline, is required.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or field operations prefered.
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
Capable of operating autonomously with minimal supervision and undertaking regular travel commitments as needed.
• Should be able to Ride a Motorcycle with a valid license.
Demonstrated proficiency in organizing tasks efficiently and managing time effectively.
