JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
• Prepare learning materials and classroom activities
• Maintain positive communication with parents and guardians
• Observe and assess learners’ progress
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Diploma/Degree in Education or a related field / minimum of a SHS certificate.
• Montessori certification or training
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
