JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and create stimulating Montessori-inspired lessons, ensuring they are delivered effectively to maintain high levels of student engagement and comprehension.
Craft a secure, supportive, and intellectually engaging educational setting to foster student growth and well-being.
Provide assistance to children in enhancing their academic skills, fostering positive social interactions, and nurturing their emotional well-being.

Track and evaluate learners’ progress systematically to identify strengths, address gaps, and inform instructional adjustments, ensuring alignment with established learning outcomes.
*Required competencies include proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions. Candidates must possess at least five years of experience in a related field, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable discipline, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data analysis tools like Excel or Tableau, and a commitment to continuous learning are highly desirable. Additionally, experience in budget oversight, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance is essential for success in this role.*
A qualification in Education or a relevant discipline, along with at least a Senior High School (SHS) certificate, is required.
Montessori certification or relevant training is required for this position.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in an educational setting, though it is not mandatory.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage classroom dynamics and facilitate effective communication with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
