JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and develop dynamic Montessori-inspired instructional sessions, ensuring engaging delivery and alignment with educational best practices.
Design and maintain a secure, supportive, and engaging educational setting that fosters growth and development for all learners.
Provide guidance to foster the intellectual, interpersonal, and emotional growth of children, ensuring a well-rounded developmental experience.
Develop engaging educational resources and dynamic classroom exercises tailored to enhance student learning experiences.
Maintain open, respectful, and consistent communication with parents and guardians to ensure alignment and support regarding student progress and well-being.
Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress systematically through structured observations and assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.
