Evaluate the existing nutrition and healthcare service frameworks within underserved and economically disadvantaged communities, with a focus on vulnerable groups such as women and children.
Review the progress of essential outcome and output-level indicators as specified within the project’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).

Primary data collection may encompass surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (Kids), and structured observation, contingent upon the proposed methodology.
A comprehensive review of secondary data is required, encompassing project reports, baseline findings, district and regional health and nutrition statistics, as well as other pertinent literature.
All methodologies and instruments employed must enable disaggregation by sex and age, where applicable.
