Job Summary
The Husky Machine Technician is tasked with installing, operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing Husky injection molding machines to support manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring optimal machine performance, reducing downtime, and achieving production goals while upholding stringent quality and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
• Position situated in Kumasi, requiring in-person attendance and full-time commitment to the role.
Operate, maintain, and perform troubleshooting on Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections, address mechanical or technical issues, and implement corrective measures as needed to uphold production standards.
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on machinery and supporting systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions to identify root causes and determine appropriate corrective measures.
Ensure all machinery is correctly configured and prepared for production runs, adhering to operational standards and safety protocols.
Monitor the machines’ operational performance continuously, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity through timely adjustments. Ensure optimal efficiency by assessing system outputs and making data-driven modifications as needed.
Minimize production downtime by performing repairs and maintenance promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.
To guarantee that all products consistently adhere to the established quality benchmarks, meticulously verifying each item against specified criteria throughout the production process.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and compile detailed reports to ensure comprehensive documentation of all activities.
