To facilitate comprehensive understanding among merchants regarding product features and benefits.
Help facilitate customer acquisition initiatives and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with support agents.
Design and implement field marketing and promotional initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Accurately maintain comprehensive documentation of every onboarding process.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A Senior Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
We require a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in outside sales.
Proficiency in the Mobile Money, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or a comparable sector is strongly advantageous.
Proficient in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Proficient in analyzing sales targets and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Proficiency in the mobile money ecosystem and digital payment platforms is advantageous.
