Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and uphold production efficiency.
Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on machinery and associated auxiliary systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities include identifying issues in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to determine their root causes and underlying faults.
Properly configure and validate all machinery configurations prior to the initiation of production cycles to maintain optimal operational readiness and efficiency.
Monitor machine operations to evaluate performance metrics and implement adjustments as required to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimize disruptions to production schedules by performing prompt repairs and executing maintenance tasks proactively.
• Maintain stringent quality control to guarantee that all products adhere to established standards and specifications.
