Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives and optimize market coverage to enhance brand recognition, boost agent productivity, and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within their designated territory.

Oversee core duties encompassing a comprehensive range of operational and strategic tasks, ensuring the efficient execution of daily functions while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, delivering measurable results through meticulous planning, timely execution, and rigorous performance evaluation. Foster collaboration across departments to optimize workflows, mitigate bottlenecks, and enhance cross-functional synergy. Provide leadership in monitoring progress, identifying deviations from established benchmarks, and implementing corrective measures to uphold productivity and quality standards. Actively contribute to resource allocation decisions, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, budget, and technology to support long-term business growth.

Position available in multiple locales, including Quasi, Sequel, Venetia, Exist, Amiga, Santa, Buckram, and Tons.

Responsibilities include identifying and successfully onboarding new individual wallet customers to expand the user base.

Ensure prompt wallet activation and facilitate customers in completing their inaugural transactions successfully.

Provide assistance during onboarding initiatives across various markets, academic institutions, transportation hubs, and community gatherings.

Proactively engage and integrate independent merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises into the platform.

Ensure merchants are fully informed about the product’s features and benefits, facilitating a clear understanding of its value proposition.

Support agents by assisting with initiatives focused on customer acquisition and promotional campaigns.

Design and implement strategic field marketing and promotional initiatives to effectively engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.

Ensure precise documentation of every onboarding process undertaken, maintaining meticulous records throughout all phases.
