Develop and implement structured, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles, ensuring active engagement and meaningful skill development.
Design and cultivate a secure, supportive, and engaging educational atmosphere that fosters both growth and exploration among learners.
Provide guidance to foster children’s growth in academic achievement, social skills, and emotional well-being.
Develop and organize instructional resources and classroom exercises.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with parents and guardians, ensuring clarity and transparency. Foster collaborative relationships to support student success and address any concerns promptly and courteously.
Monitor and evaluate learners’ development throughout the instructional process to ensure comprehension and engagement.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
A diploma or degree in Education or a related discipline is required, with at least a Senior High School certificate accepted as a minimum qualification.
Montessori certification or specialized training in the Montessori method is required for this role.
Preferred candidates will have prior teaching experience; however, this is not mandatory.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering clear, engaging communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Demonstrates a strong dedication to the fields of early childhood education and child development, with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering growth and learning in young children.
