Monitor and evaluate learners’ development throughout the instructional process to ensure comprehension and engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

A diploma or degree in Education or a related discipline is required, with at least a Senior High School certificate accepted as a minimum qualification.

Montessori certification or specialized training in the Montessori method is required for this role.

Preferred candidates will have prior teaching experience; however, this is not mandatory.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering clear, engaging communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Demonstrates a strong dedication to the fields of early childhood education and child development, with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering growth and learning in young children.
