Convene 15 to 20 comprehensive household surveys daily, ensuring thorough data collection and adherence to established protocols throughout each interaction.
Prospective clients are pinpointed through the analysis of survey data, ensuring targeted outreach and engagement strategies.
The working area must be clearly delineated for each proposed group to ensure proper organization and efficiency.
Facilitate targeted discussions with identified participants in small group settings to gather insights and address specific needs.
A team of five members will be assembled to collaborate on tasks and projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
A designated group leader will be chosen for every small group to facilitate effective coordination and leadership.
A dedicated leadership team will be established to oversee and manage the group’s operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaborative decision-making among members.
• Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for participants in large group settings.
• As outlined in the BRAD Ghana circular, the responsibility includes collecting membership admission fees from members.
Enter group members’ admission information into the mobile phone or tablet and synchronize the data whenever connectivity allows.
Schedule meetings by coordinating dates, times, and locations, ensuring all participants receive timely invitations and updates.
To establish a group with a minimum of 15 members for Microfinance (MF) initiatives and 10 members for Agra-Finance projects, while ensuring the group size does not exceed 30 members for MF and 20 members for Agra-Finance.
Upon identifying a decline in group size due to attrition or other factors, facilitate the onboarding of new members to restore and maintain optimal participation levels.
Convene two to three group sessions daily to facilitate collaborative discussions and decision-making processes.
Meetings are scheduled for 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10:30 AM, though these times may be adjusted to accommodate office hours.

Arrange group members in a U-shaped formation, ensuring alignment by small-group clusters.
Accurately record and monitor student attendance in the official register, ensuring all entries are complete, legible, and submitted punctually.

Collect weekly installment deposits from designated small group leaders by coordinating with the respective small group cashiers, ensuring each transaction is documented with signatures captured via mobile device.
Following the conclusion of the group meetings at 1:30 PM, you are expected to return to the office.
Cash received from group meetings held in proximity to a branch must be deposited at that branch before moving on to the next meeting to mitigate robbery risks.

Review all loan proposals submitted by members to ensure they are thoroughly examined during the scheduled group meetings.
Review and evaluate loan proposals presented to the group, ensuring thorough discussion and consensus-building among members before rendering a final decision through verbal voting.
The credit officer is responsible for accurately entering all loan-related information into the digital system, including loan applications and guarantor details sourced from DP Notes.
After confirming the validity of loan applications, establish and communicate the disbursement date to the relevant members promptly.
You must attend the disbursement event in person on the scheduled day to actively engage in the distribution process.
The Credit Officer is required to participate consistently in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while maintaining the critical responsibility of achieving full repayment of all loan installments.
Cash deposits must be promptly turned over to the Branch Accountant and accurately recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) with the responsible individual’s signature confirming the transaction.
If a borrower misses an installment during the morning group meeting, arrange for a follow-up visit to their residence or the home of the small group leader in the afternoon to collect the payment.
In the afternoon, proceed with collecting any overdue payments, including late installments and NBL (Non-Installment Based Loan) amounts, as well as current outstanding balances.
To facilitate the reinstatement of loans for clients previously written off, should they seek to re-establish themselves as active customers with BRAD, initiate the necessary recovery process accordingly.
Attend the weekly staff meetings without fail.
Compiles and submits comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of relevant data.
Adhere to all policies and procedures established by BRAD Human Resources to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
Demonstrate the ability to promptly and effectively carry out any additional tasks or directives assigned by senior leadership.
Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and engage with clients in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

Demonstrate attentive listening to clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, ensuring appropriate responses and actions are taken to address their needs effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
A high school diploma or its equivalent, such as the WASSCE certificate, is required.
Responsible for managing cash and bank transactions, including the preparation of cash requisitions and cash certificates, as well as conducting regular bank reconciliation statements to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications.
With a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in microfinance or a financial institution, the ideal candidate will bring practical expertise to the role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is essential.
Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrates proficiency in creating reports and written content using the English language.
