To assemble a team, ensure there are at least 15 participants for Microfinance (MF) initiatives and 10 for Agra-Finance projects, while keeping the total membership between 30 for MF and 20 for Agra-Finance as the upper limit.
Upon detecting a decline in group size due to withdrawals or other factors, facilitate the onboarding of new participants to ensure optimal membership levels are maintained.
Convene two to three group meetings daily to facilitate collaborative discussions and decision-making processes.
The schedule for meetings is as follows: the first meeting begins at 8:30 AM, the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM, though these times may be adjusted based on office hours.

• Facilitate thorough review and discussion of members’ loan proposals during scheduled group meetings.
Proposals for loans are received by way of collective verbal voting, conducted openly with all group members present.
The credit officer is responsible for accurately entering all loan-related information into the digital system, including loan applications and guarantor details sourced from DP Notes.
After confirming the accuracy of loan applications, establish a disbursement date and promptly notify the relevant members.
Attend the in-person disbursement event on the designated day to actively engage in the disbursement process.
The credit officer is expected to participate in regular group meetings—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—and must guarantee the full recovery of all loan installments.
Cash received must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant, who will then record the deposited amount in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and provide their signature as confirmation.
Any installment not received during the morning group meeting must be collected in the afternoon by conducting visits to the homes of borrowers or small group leaders.
Collect late and non-interest-bearing loan installments in the afternoon, ensuring current overdue balances are also addressed.
Initiating the recovery of loans for clients whose debts were previously written off is a key responsibility if they seek to re-engage with BRAD as customers.
Attend the mandatory weekly staff meetings to ensure alignment with team objectives and updates on ongoing projects.
Compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accurate and timely documentation of relevant data and insights.
