Conduct a total of 15 to 20 household surveys daily, ensuring thorough data collection and accuracy in each interaction.
Prospect for potential clients by analyzing survey findings to uncover promising leads and opportunities.
To establish and clearly delineate the designated workspace for each proposed group, ensuring efficient organization and collaboration within the defined boundaries.
Facilitate targeted discussions by meeting with identified group members in smaller settings.
A small team of five members will be established as part of the initiative.
A designated leader will be chosen for each small group to ensure effective coordination and leadership within the team.
A leadership committee will be established, comprising a substantial number of members, to oversee and coordinate group activities and initiatives.
Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for members of extensive groups.
• Responsible for receiving membership admission fees from members in accordance with BRAD Ghana’s established guidelines
Enter admission data for group members into the mobile device or tablet and synchronize the information whenever feasible.
Schedule meetings by coordinating preferred dates, times, and suitable venues to accommodate participants’ availability and logistical requirements.
A team must consist of no fewer than 15 members for MF and 10 members for Agra-Finance, with an upper limit of 30 members for MF and 20 for Agra-Finance.
Members will be enrolled to sustain group viability in instances where attrition or other factors lead to a reduction in size.
Facilitate two to three group sessions daily, ensuring productive discussions and meaningful engagement among participants.
A schedule has been set for meetings as follows: the first meeting begins at 8:30 AM, the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM, with the possibility of adjustments based on office hours.
Arrive at the designated meeting location fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the gathering.
Arrange the group members into a U-shaped configuration, ensuring each small group is positioned accordingly.
Responsible for accurately recording attendance information in the official register each day, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and compliant with institutional policies.
Facilitate comprehensive consultations regarding loan-related matters as well as address any additional inquiries clients may present.
Collect weekly installment deposits from designated small group leaders via the appointed small group cashiers, ensuring each transaction is documented with signatures captured on a mobile device.
Upon concluding the scheduled group meetings at 1:30 PM, attendance at the office is required.
Cash collected from group meetings conducted in proximity to a branch must be deposited at that branch prior to traveling to subsequent meetings to mitigate the risk of theft or robbery.
Staff members must adhere to established safety and security protocols throughout the process of transporting funds.
Conduct thorough reviews of members’ loan proposals during scheduled group meetings to ensure comprehensive evaluation and discussion.
Evaluate and approve loan proposals by casting verbal votes during group meetings with all members present.
The credit officer is responsible for entering all loan-related information, including loan applications and guarantor details sourced from DP Notes, into the digital system.
After confirming the loan applications, the selected date for disbursement will be finalized and promptly communicated to all members involved.
Must attend the disbursement day in person to actively engage in the disbursement process.
The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must achieve full recovery of all loan installments.
Cash received must be promptly deposited with the Branch Accountant and recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR), with the deposited amount duly verified and signed by the authorized personnel.
Any missed installments during the morning group meeting must be followed by an afternoon collection effort, involving visits to the borrowers’ residences or the homes of small group leaders to secure payment.
Duties include gathering overdue and non-interest-bearing installment payments in the afternoon, as well as processing current late payments.
In the event that former clients with written-off loans express interest in resuming their relationship with BRAD, the individual in this role will facilitate the loan recovery process.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reports are prepared as part of the responsibilities.

A high school diploma or its equivalent, such as a West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), is required.
Handles all cash and bank-related activities, including the preparation of cash requisitions and cash certificates, as well as the compilation of bank reconciliation statements.
Possesses proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications effectively.
Minimum qualifications include one year of professional experience within a microfinance institution or financial services environment.
