Delivers financial literacy training sessions for the MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective engagement of participants.
Facilitate the engagement of clients to ensure their full participation in the training sessions.
Responsible for regularly updating and maintaining the attendance register for all training participants.
Prepare and maintain meticulous records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved schedules and requirements for each training session.
Compiles and submits monthly attendance reports for all training participants across MF groups, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
• Proactively contact trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the skills acquired during training sessions.
Ensure the implementation of service quality best practices consistently across all organizational levels.
Act as a knowledgeable advisor, offering guidance and support to program participants in their pursuit of achieving financial objectives.
Evaluate the financial literacy program’s efficacy and propose enhancements to optimize its impact and outcomes.
Engage actively in capacity-building training programs facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional skills and competencies.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.
• Foster a robust safeguarding culture at every level of the program by executing the safeguarding policy. Serve as a vital resource for support, guidance, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding to ensure a secure working environment.
Ensures team members receive necessary training, ongoing support, and access to relevant resources to address issues in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
In the event of a reportable incident, ensure adherence to the safeguarding reporting procedure and actively promote compliance among others.
