Oversee the execution of financial literacy training programs across all entities within the MF group.

Demonstrate proactive involvement in encouraging and engaging clients to actively take part in training sessions.

Responsible for the accurate maintenance and regular updating of the attendance register for all training participants.

Develop and maintain accurate records of session delivery plans, ensuring they align with the approved training session schedules and documentation standards.

Compiles and submits monthly attendance reports for all MF training groups, documenting participant engagement and attendance metrics.

Follow up with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the knowledge acquired during training sessions.

Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service quality consistently across all operational levels.

Act as a knowledgeable guide to support program participants in achieving their financial objectives.

Conduct a thorough analysis of the financial literacy program’s performance to identify strengths and weaknesses, then propose strategic enhancements to optimize its impact and effectiveness.

• Engage actively in the capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance skills and knowledge development.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal condition at all times.

To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program, implement the safeguarding policy and serve as the primary resource for advice, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding matters, thereby ensuring a secure working environment.

The incumbent must guarantee that team members receive adequate training, support, and resource access to address and resolve issues in strict compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

Adhere to established safeguarding reporting protocols whenever a reportable incident occurs, and actively promote awareness of these procedures among colleagues.
