Duty station assignment is slated for the Central Region, specifically in Aura Dunk.

Delivers comprehensive financial literacy training sessions tailored to the MF group, ensuring consistent knowledge dissemination across the organization.

• Assist in engaging clients to ensure their full participation in training sessions.

Maintain accurate and current records of attendance for all training participants in the designated register.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of session delivery plans, ensuring alignment with the approved training session schedules.

Compile and submit a monthly attendance report detailing the participation of individuals in all MF groups.

• Ensure ongoing engagement with trained clients by providing technical support to help them effectively implement the skills acquired during training sessions.

Uphold and enforce exceptional service quality standards rigorously across all operational levels.

• Act as a key resource to empower program participants in achieving their financial objectives

Evaluates the financial literacy program’s impact by conducting thorough assessments, then develops actionable recommendations to enhance its overall effectiveness.

Engage in structured capacity-building initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional competencies and skill sets.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in excellent working order.

• Foster a robust safeguarding culture at every level of the program by enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary resource for assistance, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding to cultivate a secure working environment.

Ensures team members receive necessary training, support, and resources to address identified issues in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

In the event of any incident that requires reporting, adhere to the established safeguarding procedures and ensure others are encouraged to follow suit as well.

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, along with strong analytical abilities and experience in data analysis. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software, including CRM systems, ERP platforms, or data visualization tools, is essential. Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to two years of professional experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation of practical skills and industry knowledge.
