Duty station is located in the Central Region, specifically in Aura Dunk.
Delivers financial literacy training sessions at the MF group level.
Provide support in encouraging clients to actively engage in the training sessions to ensure optimal attendance and involvement.
Responsible for accurately maintaining and regularly updating the attendance register for all training participants.
Compile and maintain meticulous records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the predetermined schedules and approved frameworks for all training sessions.
• Compile and forward monthly attendance reports for all MF training groups to designated stakeholders.
• Conduct follow-up sessions with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing knowledge acquired from the training programs.
Ensure the highest standards of service quality are consistently upheld across all levels by implementing and adhering to industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to program participants to help them achieve their financial objectives.
Evaluates the financial literacy program’s performance and identifies opportunities for enhancement.
Attend training initiatives facilitated by BRAD aimed at enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal condition at all times.
• Foster a comprehensive safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program by enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as a primary resource for advice, leadership, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding to cultivate a secure working environment.
To guarantee team members receive proper training, assistance, and resource access, you will oversee issues addressed in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Adhere to the safeguarding reporting protocol whenever a reportable incident occurs, and actively motivate colleagues to do the same.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience in database management and SQL. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team are also required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, as well as DevOps practices and tools, is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE (Including sector/industry)
• Hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or computer science, as a foundational requirement for this role.
Education in fields such as social work, psychology, business, economics, or related disciplines is required for this role.
A solid understanding of microfinance operations within the Ghanaian context is essential.
Candidates must possess prior experience in education, training, coaching, finance, social work, youth development, or community engagement.
Possesses a foundational grasp of adult learning theories and methodologies.
Seeking candidates with one to two years of relevant professional experience in the field.
• Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage audiences effectively in both spoken and written formats.
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, is required.
