JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Duty Station :Central Region (Abura Dunkwa)
Delivers financial literacy training sessions across the MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective knowledge transfer.
• Assist in engaging clients to ensure their full participation in training sessions.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the attendance register for all training participants.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved training schedules.
Compiles and submits monthly attendance reports for all MF training cohorts, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of participant attendance.
To ensure effective application of the skills acquired during training sessions, the role involves proactively following up with trained clients to provide technical assistance and address any challenges they encounter in implementation.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding and implementing service quality best practices across all operational levels, fostering consistency and excellence in service delivery.
Act as a key support system for program participants, guiding them toward achieving their financial objectives with tailored advice and resources.
Evaluates the efficacy of the financial literacy program through systematic assessment and provides strategic recommendations for enhancement.
Engage actively in the capacity-building training programs facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional competencies and skill sets.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in optimal working condition and ensure they remain in good condition.
To cultivate a robust safeguarding framework throughout every tier of the program, implement the safeguarding policy and provide pivotal support, guidance, and specialist knowledge to foster a secure working environment.
Ensures team members receive adequate training, support, and resource access to address and resolve issues in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
In the event of any reportable incident occurring, adhere to the safeguarding reporting procedure and actively encourage others to follow suit.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

• HND/ Bachelor
Education with a concentration in Social Work, Psychology, Business, Economics, or any closely related discipline is essential.
• Possesses a solid understanding of Microfinance operations within the Ghanaian context

Prior involvement in these sectors demonstrates your ability to engage with diverse groups, analyze complex information, and implement structured programs. Whether through direct practice or policy development, your expertise aligns with the demands of this position, ensuring a strong foundation for success.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to two years of professional experience in the relevant field.
