Skilled in delivering comprehensive financial literacy training sessions at the MF group level, ensuring participants gain essential knowledge and skills.
Contribute to engaging clients effectively to ensure their full participation in the training sessions.
Maintain and update the attendance register for training participants to ensure accurate records of participation and engagement.
Develop, document, and maintain accurate session delivery plans in full alignment with the approved training session schedules to ensure seamless execution and compliance with established guidelines.
Compiles and submits a monthly attendance report detailing the participation metrics for all MF training cohorts to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance tracking.
• Ensure follow-up with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the skills acquired during training sessions.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality by implementing and upholding industry best practices across all operational levels. Consistently monitor and refine processes to meet and exceed established standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
Act as a knowledgeable guide to assist program participants in achieving their financial objectives.
Evaluate the financial literacy program’s efficacy and propose enhancements to optimize its impact.
Attend structured capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance skills and professional competencies.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.
To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout the entire program, implement and uphold the safeguarding policy while serving as a primary resource for advice, leadership, and specialized knowledge to ensure a secure working environment.
To ensure team members receive proper training, support, and access to necessary resources, the role involves addressing and resolving issues in alignment with safeguarding policies and procedures.
