JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Central Region (Burra Dunk) serves as the designated operational base for this position.
Ensures the successful execution of financial literacy training programs across the MF group.
• Assist in engaging clients to ensure their full involvement in training sessions.
Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating the attendance register for training participants on an ongoing basis.
Prepare and maintain meticulous records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved training session schedules.
Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports for all MF groups, documenting the participation of training attendees.
To ensure the successful application of skills acquired during training sessions, follow up with clients to provide technical support as needed.
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to upholding and advancing the highest standards of service excellence throughout every operational tier, fostering an environment where quality remains the cornerstone of all activities and decisions.
Act as a knowledgeable advisor to empower program participants in achieving their financial objectives.
Evaluate the financial literacy program’s effectiveness through thorough assessments and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.
Attend structured capacity-building initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional skills and competencies.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal condition at all times.
• Foster a comprehensive safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program through the implementation of the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary resource for guidance, support, and expert advice on safeguarding matters, ensuring a secure working environment for all stakeholders.
To ensure team members receive adequate training, support, and resource access, the role involves addressing identified issues in strict alignment with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Adhere to the safeguarding reporting protocol whenever a reportable incident arises, and promote adherence among colleagues to ensure compliance.
Proven expertise in project management, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in relevant software tools, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
