Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key positions, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These roles are available at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as Retail Units across multiple branches nationwide. Open positions include Team Leaders and Sales Executives for the Micro Insurance Unit in Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Techiman, and Tamale branches. REQUIRED SKILLS:

A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting the company’s Micro Life insurance policies. To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset to thrive in this fast-paced role. A Financial Planner Sales Executive is required to hold at least an S.S.S.C.E certificate, SHS, O’ or A’ Levels certificates, a Diploma, or an H.N.D.
