Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key positions, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. The company is expanding its operations with the establishment of a new branch at the Kong Unit, located within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as additional Retail Units. We are also recruiting for Team Leaders and Sales Executives specifically for the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Techiman, and Tamale. Candidates must meet the specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, and will be offered competitive remuneration packages.

A monthly airtime and data allocation is provided on the SIM card, along with commissions earned for acquiring new business—5% of the premium for brokered sales and 10% of the premium for direct (non-brokered) sales.
A monthly allowance of GHC 1,500 is provided, along with company-funded welfare insurance coverage.
Any additional tasks as suggested by the General Manager.
You will receive a competitive monthly stipend of GHC 1,500.
You will receive a monthly phone credit valued at GHC 40 to cover communication expenses.

Group Life insurance cover rate at a competitive percentage of the base salary, with options for voluntary additional coverage. Employees have the flexibility to designate beneficiaries and make changes to their coverage during designated enrollment periods. The plan may include provisions for accelerated benefits in cases of terminal illness, and dependents may also be eligible for coverage under certain conditions.
• A monthly transport allowance of GHC 200 is provided to facilitate commuting.
