A six-month contract with the potential for renewal is available for this position.

• The VIS GHANA Project Manager will serve as the designated referee for this position.

Coordinate and oversee field-level project operations to ensure adherence to established implementation timelines as outlined in the detailed activity plan.

• Perform consistent data collection and analysis to monitor project progress effectively.

• Facilitate seamless communication and exchange of information among the project team, implementing partners, and community-level beneficiaries.

• Duties include compiling monthly and operational reports, as well as providing consistent updates on ongoing activities, which encompass multidisciplinary assessments.

Serves as a liaison with diverse community stakeholders, actively engaging and motivating them to secure the participation of community leaders, representatives, and local government officials in the execution and enhancement of project activities.

The incumbent will manage all operational facets of the scholarship initiative, encompassing the coordination of application procedures, correspondence with recipients, and administration of pertinent documentation.

Responsible for tracking daily expenditures, gathering necessary supporting documentation, and submitting all expense-related records to the administrative office by the specified deadlines.

You will oversee procurement operations in the field, which involves assessing requirements, identifying suitable suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and ensuring adherence to established organizational policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed or delegated by the Project Manager to ensure the organization’s service standards are met.
