To manage the daily operations of our Education Hub, this role involves line management of a team comprising five program coordinators and an Ecosystem specialist. Together, they collaborate with over 400 voluntary Catalysts to deliver community-based clubs focused on early years’ literacy, digital skills, STEM and environmental sustainability, gender equity, and Keeping Spots Safe.

Deliver comprehensive, forward-thinking feedback and strategic leadership to all facets of educational delivery, while maintaining rigorous oversight of curriculum development within our learner clubs.

Leading the integration of our ten core pedagogical principles—namely, inclusive, collaborative, creative, playful, digital, community-connected, learning for transformative action, youth leadership, subject mastery, and Keeping Spots Safe—this role will focus on implementation through observation, targeted training initiatives, and the rollout of EDU-Animation.

To contribute to the advancement of the Despots App, WhatsApp for Learning, Online Courses, and other initiatives within the Despots Unlocked program, as essential instruments for driving educational transformation.

Assist in designing training and supplementary materials for our leadership initiatives geared toward Catalysts, contributing to the Educates Program specifically within the Catalysts domain.

Ensuring child protection and safeguarding remain central to all educational initiatives, we prioritize the comprehensive integration of these principles. Additionally, we oversee the ongoing development and implementation of our *Keeping Spots Safe* educational program to foster a secure and inclusive learning environment.

To develop handbooks, resources, animations, and PowerPoint presentations in alignment with specified impact objectives.
