To deliver comprehensive feedback and forward-thinking leadership in every facet of our educational programs, with responsibility for supervising curriculum development across all learner clubs.

Our role involves spearheading the integration of our ten core pedagogical principles—including inclusivity, collaboration, creativity, playfulness, digital engagement, community connections, transformative learning, youth leadership, subject expertise, and the Keeping Spots Safe initiative—through structured observation, targeted training programs, and the introduction of EDU-Animation.

To facilitate the advancement of the Despots App, WhatsApp for Learning, Online Courses, and other initiatives within the Despots Unlocked framework, as essential instruments for driving educational transformation.

Assist in crafting training modules and supplementary materials tailored for our leadership initiatives designated for Catalysts, contributing to the broader Educates Program within the Catalysts domain.

We prioritize child protection, safeguarding, and inclusion in all educational planning, taking the lead in the development of our *Keeping Spots Safe* education program.

To develop handbooks, resources, animations, and PowerPoint presentations aligned with specified impact objectives.
