These Catalysts lead community-based clubs focused on early years’ literacy, digital skills, STEM, environmental sustainability, gender equity, and Keeping Spots Safe.

Offer strategic direction and insightful feedback to enhance every facet of our educational programs, ensuring rigorous oversight of curriculum development within our learner clubs.

We are seeking a candidate to spearhead the integration of our ten pedagogical principles—spanning inclusive, collaborative, creative, playful, digital, community-connected, transformative action-oriented learning, youth leadership, subject mastery, and Keeping Spots Safe—through structured observation, targeted training initiatives, and the strategic deployment of EDU-Animation.

The role involves contributing to the advancement of the Despots App, WhatsApp for Learning, Online Courses, and other initiatives within the Despots Unlocked framework as essential instruments for driving educational transformation.

We assist in the creation of training materials and broader content for leadership programs aimed at Catalysts, contributing to the Educates Program specifically within the Catalysts domain.

Ensure that child protection, safeguarding, and inclusion remain central to all educational planning initiatives while also overseeing the implementation and development of our “Keeping Spots Safe” education program.

To facilitate the development of comprehensive handbooks, educational resources, animations, and PowerPoint presentations aligned with specific impact objectives, as required.
