We are a reputable international trade and pre-owned vehicle export firm experiencing growth in Ghana. In response to this expansion, we are searching for an energetic and results-driven Sales Professional with extensive expertise in the local used car market to strengthen our team.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with departmental goals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to streamline communication and resolve complex challenges. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices while maintaining a focus on sustainability and corporate responsibility. Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, reduce operational costs, and enhance productivity through process improvements and technological advancements.

Location: Within the Team Community 12 Area

Account Management: Oversee and enhance the organization’s official social media profiles across multiple platforms, such as Facebook (including Marketplace and Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.

Capture stunning photographs and produce engaging short-form video content highlighting the features and condition of our inventory of pre-owned vehicles; craft persuasive captions that effectively showcase each vehicle’s unique attributes and overall appeal.

Drive organic traffic and boost engagement by optimizing hashtags, fostering community interactions, and crafting creative content—all designed to transform online followers into high-quality sales leads for the sales team.

Monitor and evaluate essential performance indicators—such as reach, engagement, video views, and inquiry rates—to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimize overall social media effectiveness and conversion outcomes.

Required competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred. Additionally, a solid understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is essential. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Highly creative individuals under the age of 30, with a strong proficiency in technology and an in-depth understanding of contemporary online trends across West Africa, are sought after for this role.

Proficient in mobile photography, videography, and video editing tools such as Cap Cut, with strong English copywriting and communication abilities.

A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Monday through Saturday are the designated working days for this position.

A negotiable base salary is offered, complemented by performance-based bonuses and sales commissions tied to lead conversions.
