JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are an established international trade and export company specializing in used vehicles. In response to our expanding operations in Ghana, we are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Professional with comprehensive knowledge of the local used car market to strengthen our team.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and managing a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, fostering a collaborative work environment, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success. Furthermore, the position requires maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Position is based in Team Community 12, offering a central and accessible work environment within the local setting.

Oversee and enhance the performance of the organization’s primary social media platforms—namely Facebook (including Marketplace and Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business—to ensure optimal engagement and brand visibility.

• Visual and Written Content Development: Produce high-resolution images and film dynamic short videos of our pre-owned vehicles; craft informative and persuasive captions that highlight vehicle condition and key attributes.

• Cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads by enhancing organic reach and engagement, employing strategic hashtag utilization, active community involvement, and innovative content creation to convert online audiences into potential prospects for the sales team.

Track essential metrics, including reach, engagement, video views, and inquiry rates, to evaluate and enhance social media performance and conversion rates consistently.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is highly valued. A detail-oriented approach ensures accuracy in reporting and documentation. Familiarity with data visualization tools, like Tableau or Power BI, is advantageous. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of performance is essential. Prior experience in a similar role within the [industry] sector is preferred.

This role offers a robust compensation package comprising a fixed base salary complemented by performance-driven bonuses and sales commissions, which are contingent upon successful lead conversions and are subject to negotiation.
